My decision to join G.V.F.F owned by George Moutafis was because of its location and the scheduled sessions suited my family commitments. From the first “Try before you buy” workout session, I was hooked!!
Though the workouts are tough and challenging, they are definitely fun!! Not one session is ever the same making it a really mentally stimulating workout as well.
Other clients of GVFF that I have met, either at my brief stint at Boot Camp (once you opt out- very hard to get back in – so popular is this timeslot) or at scheduled sessions during the week, we all have one thing in common and that is that we trust George in his passionate dedication to each one of us in achieving our own personal fitness goals.

I love coming to Boot Camp & Classes. Its different routines all the time, which keeps it interesting and fun. I have noticed a massive improvement in my fitness & I’m more toned. My experience so far has been extremely positive and I fully intend to being a long term client. I have noticed increased strength, cardio fitness and flexibility and most of all muscle tone.
I have enjoyed the variety of sessions, getting taught the correct way to do things, positive environment that has been led by you, and the maintained by the group. Other things I like are: the excellent facilities at the studio, seeing my improvement in performance and that of the Boot Camp group.
I Choose GVFFS because of George’s philosophy to fitness. Using my own body weight and the 3 planes of motion has improved my core strength, balance, coordination and flexibility. I have been a Boot Camp participant for 18 months now and no session is ever the same. The training effect has allowed me to run faster, recover quicker and I have greater strength and muscle tone.
George, I always enjoy seeing how happy and encouraging you are even at 6:00am. The last 8 months have been the best and I really think we are a wonderful group. I was very reluctant to go to yoga at first, I didn’t really think it would be worthwhile and was naive to the benefits it offered. I was won over after the first visit, i struggled with the stretching as years of football, cricket and running had left me with numerous aches particularly in my hips and back. However what i noticed almost immediately was the reduction in stress and anxiety after each visit. I now attend yoga twice weekly, the pain that was ever present in my hips and back has virtually ceased allowing me an increased range of movement and pain free running. I honestly wish i’d gone to yoga years ago, Kath runs a great class, making it enjoyable with no two classes the same, and caters to all levels and ages. Thanks Kath, you’ve made a big difference to my health and well being which for me is priceless.
